Monitoring and evaluation is systematic measuring and assessing programme activities and results. The purpose of M&E is to check on the progress of implementation and the outputs in a systematic manner. M&E enable the organization to determine what need to be change and it may be needed when and provide the necessary data needed to guide the strategic planning, to design and implement programmes and projects, and to allocate, and re-allocate resources in better ways.
